Tourism Training Program
Live, Work & Learn — With Accommodation Included

The Tourism Training Program is ideal for travellers who want a supportive environment, guaranteed weekly work hours, and accommodation organised before arrival.
What’s Included

Guaranteed 15 hours of work per week
These hours cover your accommodation costs at the hostel or property. -
Opportunity to work more hours
Most participants work beyond the guaranteed 15 and get paid for all additional hours. -
Accommodation included
Staff housing or hostel-style shared rooms, perfect for meeting other travellers. -
Minimum 12-week commitment

Locations across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Byron Bay, Noosa, the Gold Coast, and more.

Diverse work experience in reception, housekeeping, customer service, F&B, and tourism operations.

Support included: arrival assistance, orientation, bank/tax setup, and ongoing help throughout your placement.
If extra hours aren’t available at your property, many participants pick up casual work locally, or enjoy the free time for hobbies, beach days, and exploring.
