Tourism Training Program

Live, Work & Learn — With Accommodation Included

Minimum 12 weeks | Start dates year-round

The Tourism Training Program is ideal for travellers who want a supportive environment, guaranteed weekly work hours, and accommodation organised before arrival.

What’s Included

• Guaranteed 15 hours of work per week
  These hours cover your accommodation costs at the hostel or property.

• Opportunity to work more hours
  Most participants work beyond the guaranteed 15 and get paid for all additional hours.

• Accommodation included
  Staff housing or hostel-style shared rooms, perfect for meeting other travellers.

• Minimum 12-week commitment

• Start dates available all year – February – November

• Locations across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Byron Bay, Noosa, the Gold Coast, and more.

• Diverse work experience in reception, housekeeping, customer service, F&B, and tourism operations.

• Support included: arrival assistance, orientation, bank/tax setup, and ongoing help throughout your placement.

If extra hours aren’t available at your property, many participants pick up casual work locally, or enjoy the free time for hobbies, beach days, and exploring.

Hospitality Jobs Program

Job Secured Before You Arrive — Accommodation Not Included

Start dates: September–October | 6-month recommended commitment

Prefer to arrange your own accommodation and enter a more traditional employment environment including 3 – 5 star hotels and restaurants? Our Hospitality Jobs Program matches you with a paid job before you land in Australia.

What’s Included

• Job placement before arrival
  Roles available in:

  • Front desk

  • Food & beverage

  • Kitchen

  • Housekeeping

  • Guest services

  • Tourism support roles

• Accommodation is not included except in very remote locations
  You arrange your own housing (we guide you on options).

• Casual work hours, varying by employer and season.

• Start dates in September–October, aligning with Australia’s summer tourism season.

• Minimum 6-month commitment and more for some front of house roles.

• Locations nationwide: major cities,  tourist locations and remote areas

• Full support: interviews, job matching, arrival assistance, and ongoing guidance.
