If you’re travelling to another country or within the host country for your program, you’ll receive an arrival package before you depart. This includes information about customs, immigration, your transfer and accommodation, and what to expect on your journey and about your destination.

If you’re travelling to another part of the country after orientation  you’ll need to book our three night arrival package when you arrive. This includes one-way airport transfer and three nights’ hostel accommodation, breakfast and wifi. After your third night in your arrival city, you’ll depart for your final location in the country.

If your program is taking place in your landing city you’ll choose between our three night arrival package (detailed above) and then find your own accommodation or you can choose :

• A 28+ night homestay – including one-way airport transfer and at least 28 nights with a local host family
• A 14+ night private room hostel – including one-way airport transfer and at least 14 nights in a private room in a downtown hostel

You will also have the chance to attend a welcome orientation in Auckland for New Zealand, Sydney for Australia or Vancouver for Canada.
