The company is capable of a wide variety of disciplines including complete turn-key projects, which involve designing equipment and processes. The equipment is manufactured in their carbon free workshop prior to the installation, and manage sub-trades, and commissioning. They are constantly involved in a variety of smaller projects, as well as developing new products, and product literature. As the intern you would be involved in working with both trades staff in both the workshop and onsite, learning about fabrication techniques, site and shop safety, as well as in the office working with engineering staff on aspects of design and project management. I may also have the opportunity to assist the engineer undertaking some drafting (on AutoCAD or similar) as well as some technical writing for product specification sheets.
