What is a Ranchstay?

Our Ranchstay Program is an opportunity to live on a working farm and gain a sense of farming life. For 4-20 weeks, you become a member of a local farming family, working together, sharing meals, and socialising.

Will i get time off the farm?

How many hours per day should i help?

Generally, you should help out for about 5-7 hours per day, not including basic activities like cooking, cleaning, and grocery shopping. Some participants prefer to help out more when it’s busy on the farm and have more free time when it’s quiet.
