We carefully select your placement based on factors such as your individual background and experience, your level of English, and your visa status. After you apply for the program, you’ll speak to one of our local placement partners, who will look for a suitable local organisation for you. You will then have an interview with your potential host organisation, which our representative will organise. Once we’ve found the perfect organisation for you, we’ll send you a placement agreement outlining some key information about your placement, such as your tasks and responsibilities, start and end dates, wage rates, and accommodation options.
