We’re looking for a Receptionist – Guest Advocate Superstar to join the front office team.

Front Office often provides the first and last impression of the Resort to the guest. The Guest Advocate - Receptionist key purpose is to deliver a warm, friendly and quality customer experience.
This is a diverse role where you will be required to think on the spot, communicate with the whole team across the resort and ensure we always put our best foot forward. You will learn all the in's and out's of the resort, be the first point of contact for our guest's and ensure everything runs smoothly. The main objective of this role is to achieve high customer satisfaction.
This position requires the flexibility to work on a changing roster which includes working days shifts, evening shifts, weekends and public holidays as the roster requires.
